Designing the Self-Service Promotion Engine v2.0
Our vision was to build a scalable internal platform designed to streamline campaign operations, standardise workflows, and support multi-regional marketing execution.
Why:
- Expand promo capabilities by providing an easy-to-use Self-Service platform
- Help Marketers design, create, execute, manage, and keep track of loyalty programs and marketing campaigns
- Streamline the work and collaboration between IT and Marketers
How:
- Revamping the overall User Experience of the Self-Service so it’s intuitive for Marketers and non tech-savvy users
- Improving the authorisation mechanism that allows a certain marketer to tackle only what he/she is involved with
- Standardising governance and design guidelines for multi-regional rollout
Integration & Frameworks
The NGPS engine acted as the internal platform to create, manage, and monitor digital brand promotions. NGPS could also communicate with other tools through API calls. NGPS could activate any promotion across multiple channels like web (ONE) or Mobile (CCA). The respective promotion can run globally or be gated to specific regions and markets.
